Installation Notes of Receive Tube

1. Receiver tube should be avoided direct solar radiation, in order to avoid thermal expansion thus affecting the precision of installation.
2. Need to adopt supporting steel tube when the welding, to ensure that straightness in the best state.
3. Suggest using TIG welding to avoid weld spatter, if there is more splash, should protect the corrugated pipe and glass tube, do not let the splash fall on corrugated pipe and glass to cause air leakage or fired tube.
4. Pay attention to the nipple in welding and using, it should be installed towards to inner side of the collector.
