Main Equipment:

Parabolic trough solar collector is mainly composed of concentrated part, transmission system, heating unit and control system, adopts columnar parabolic design, tracking the sun through parabolic trough concentrate collector, make direct sunlight gathered in receiver tube surface, to heat the heat-transfer fluid, and then in thermodynamic cycle system. In the thermodynamic system, Parabolic trough concentrating collectors are connected by way of series and parallel, and through the modular layout form collection hot field.
 Adopts north-south horizontal axis design, effectively improve the collector heat gains. Ultralimit mechanical structure design, collector can achieve wind speed ≤ 7m/s, tracking precision is 0.1°; Gust wind speed in any state ≤ 20m/s, collector is not damaged. Stop protecting state, down wind speed ≤ 32m/s, collector is not damaged

              



              






Advantages:

High stability, good safety: use RT-2000 receiver tube, inner SS304 stainless steel tube sealing with outer glass tube.
High heating temperature and temperature rise fast: on the principle of line focus, concentration ratio is 60:1. Temperature can increase to 150ºC from room temperature with 5mins.
High collection efficiency: heating area to heat dissipation area ratio is 25:1, it can improve collection efficiency compared with ratio 2:1 of solar vacuum tube collector.
Can be used in winter with good frost resistance: small heat release when used in medium/high temperature.
